Corcel PLC - London-based mineral explorer and developer with interests in battery metals and flexible energy generation & storage - Pretax loss in financial year that ended June 30 narrows to GBP1.2 million from GBP1.5 million. Books no revenue in either year and administrative expenses rise, but net finance costs are reduced and fewer impairments are taken. "We are amongst the first movers in this space in the micro-cap sector, and we believe that our shareholders will, in due course, see significant rewards from the hard miles we have covered building the foundations to support this strategic positioning," directors say in Tuesday announcement.
