IN BRIEF: CAP-XX Wins Case Against Ioxus, Awarded Damages

CAP-XX Ltd - Australia-headquartered supercapacitors and energy management systems maker - Announces judgement in favour of the company by Delaware District Court in case against Ioxus Inc. Court finds Ioxus liable for infringing patents-in-suit and awards CAP-XX USD1.2 million in compensatory damages plus enhanced damages of USD3.7 million. Court also awards CAP-XX its attorney's fees.

"CAP-XX intends to vigorously pursue the recovery of these awards, though it is unclear at this time whether this will be successful," says company.

Current stock price: 3.95 pence

Year-to-date change: up 33%
