LONDON (Alliance News) - Energy storage devices manufacturer CAP-XX Ltd said Tuesday it looks forward to the future with increased confidence due to record levels of enquiries for the company's supercapacitors.
"I am pleased to be able to tell you that we currently have record levels of enquiries for our extended range of supercapacitors. Furthermore, these enquiries are from a broad base of end user customer segments, embracing automotive, industrial and smart meters, as well as consumer applications for the IoT," said Chairman Pat Elliott in his annual general meeting statement.
"We are also pleased to be able to report that enquiries are being received for our new 3 V technology, with the first customer deliveries expected in mid-calendar year 2019," he added.
Shares in the company were trading 4.7% higher at 9.00 pence each.
