EXECUTIVE CHANGE SUMMARY: Just Group Hires Ex-Head Of Pension Advisory

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of company director and manager changes announced on Monday and Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Just Group PLC - Michelle Cracknell, the former chief executive of the Pensions Advisory Service, hired as non-executive director of the retirement income specialist from March 1.

Polarean Imaging PLC - Jonathan Allis, the founder & chief executive officer of Blue Earth Diagnostics and a current Polerean non-executive director, is promoted to chair. Allis replaces Richard Morgan, who has resigned immediately, together with non-executive director Robert Bertoldi. Polerean said it is looking for a new non-executive director.

Angling Direct PLC - Dilys Maltby joins board as non-executive director with immediate effect. Maltby co-founded Circus, a boutique management consultancy firm, and previously was general manager for brand & marketing at retailer Body Shop International.

Palace Capital PLC - Paula Dillon hired as non-executive director from March 1. Dillon is a lawyer who recently retired from Womble Bond Dickinson LLP.

Checkit PLC - Rachel Neaman hired as non-executive director immediately. Neaman runs her own independent consultancy, is CEO of two not-for-profit organisations, and has worked for the UK Department of Health and the European Union.

Creo Medical Group PLC - Ivonne Cantu hired as independent non-executive director from February 1. Cantu has worked in corporate finance for Cenkos Securities PLC and Merrill Lynch. Currently, she is director of investor relations & corporate development at AIM-listed Benchmark Holdings PLC.

Prime People PLC - Simon Murphy steps down as non-executive director immediately to focus on his role as CEO of Battersea Power Station Development Co.

Feedback PLC - Adam Denning, former assistant technical adviser to Bill Gates, hired as non-executive director immediately. Denning spent 25 years at Microsoft Corp and runs his own consultancy firm.

RM PLC - Paul Dean hired as non-executive director from Tuesday. Dean was finance director for Ultra Electronics PLC. His currently is a non-exec for Wincanton PLC, Focusrite PLC and Polypipe Group PLC, but retired from the Porvair PLC board on Monday. RM said Deena Mattar will retire from the RM board later in 2020.

Virgin Money UK PLC - Adrian Grace and Teresa Robson-Capps will step down as non-executive directors on May 1 and June 30, respectively. They also will step down as directors of Clydesdale Bank PLC and Virgin Money PLC. Darren Pope, who joined the board following the former CYBG's acquisition of Virgin Money, will become chair of the remuneration committee from May 2.

Ultra Electronics Holdings PLC - Robert Walmsley to remain senior independent director until the May 13 annual general meeting, having been due to retire at the end of January. Ultra said it is in the process of finding a replacement.
