LONDON (Alliance News) - China New Energy Limited Tuesday said it has raised GBP248,750 from a further subscription after the company said it achieved continued institutional interest.
The AIM quoted engineering and technology services company for the bioenergy sector said it issued 7,107,143 shares at a price of 3.5 pence to support general working capital and reduce structured debt.
The company has raised GBP1.0 million in the last month.
China New Energy Limited shares were down 6.9% to 4.05 pence Tuesday.
