LONDON (Alliance News) - City of London Investment Group PLC on Tuesday said it has completed a 40,000 share buyback priced at 407 pence per share.
The GBP162,800 buyback took place on Friday last week and, once the purchased shares have been cancelled, the asset management company will have 26.6 million shares in issue with none held in treasury.
Shares in City of London Investment Group were up 2.6% at 416.00 pence on Tuesday afternoon.
