PZ Cussons PLC - Manchester-based personal and home care and beauty products - Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Myers buys 50,000 shares at GBP2.27, worth GBP113,279, on Friday last week. PZ Cussons on Wednesday last week reported a strong first quarter of its new financial year on Covid-19 driven demand for hygiene products such as Carex, while also publishing its results for the year that ended in May, which were less positive. Pretax profit for its financial year ended May 31 fell 33% to GBP29.3 million from GBP43.6 million the year before.

Polar Capital Global Healthcare Trust PLC- seeks capital growth by investing across all healthcare sectors globally - Non-Executive Director Andrew Fleming buys 10,000 shares at 234.66 pence, worth GBP23,466, on September 14. The purchase is his only holding.

Lee now has 6.1 million shares, a 3.6% stake, while the purchase is Warriner's only holding.
