LONDON (Alliance News) - Caffyns PLC on Tuesday said it appointed Stephen Bellamy as independent non-executive director of the company with effect from June 18.
Bellamy is currently a non-executive director at Advanced Medical Solutions Group PLC and Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC.
Meanwhile, Nick Hollingworth, having served 11 as a non-executive director of the firm, will retire from at the forthcoming annual general meeting to be held on July 25.
Shares in the vehicle retailer were untraded at 449.00 pence each.
