(Alliance News) - Reliance Big Entertainment (Singapore) Pte Ltd is to sell up to 19.9 million shares in Codemasters Group Holdings PLC via a share placing, Liberum Capital Ltd said late Monday.
The share placing will be priced at 205 pence per share and represents around 14.2% of Codemasters' entire issued share capital. Codemasters shares closed down 0.5% at 215.00p on Monday.
The deal is valued at around GBP40.8 million.
The placing will be conducted by way of an accelerated bookbuild to qualified institutional investors.
Liberum Capital is acting as sole bookrunner in connection with the placing.
Codemasters will recieve no proceeds from the sale.
