(Alliance News) - Video game developer Codemasters Group Holdings PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Ian Bell as an executive director, effective immediately.
Codemasters said Bell will continue his role as chief executive of Slightly Mad Studios Ltd, which is the video game company that developed games such as Need for Speed: Shift and Project CARS.
Bell has previously served as the chief executive of software development company Blimey! Games Ltd.
Shares in Warwickshire-based Codemasters closed 0.2% lower at 250.00 pence each on Tuesday in London.
