LONDON (Alliance News) - The Character Group PLC said that Chairman Richard King sold 200,000 shares in the company at 510 pence each on Wednesday.
Following the transaction, King now holds 336,286 shares representing 1.6% of the company's issued share capital.
The Character Group added that Director Joseph Kissane Thursday sold 47,000 shares at 519.1745p following the exercise of share options.
Kissane now holds 500,000 shares representing 2.4% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in the Character Group closed down 0.2% at 519.00p on Thursday.
