CloudCall Group PLC - Leicester, England-based provider of unified communications and contact centre software - Announces second integration with business software company Access Group, headquartered in Colchester, England, to further strengthen its partnership and footprint within the recruitment sector. Says new integration combines CloudCall's software with Access Recruitment customer relationship management products and services. Notes CloudCall's software "gives a new group of users access to the full suite of CloudCall features, including telephony, SMS, instant messaging and our new Microsoft Teams integration." First integration was with Access Profile.
