CloudCall Group PLC - Leicester-based computer telephony integration - Shares will be delisted from AIM market in London and OTCQX in New York on Thursday, as the scheme of arrangement for CloudCall's takeover by funds managed by Xplorer Capital Management LLC becomes effective. The GBP39.9 million acquisition was announced in early December. CloudCall shareholders will receive 81.50 pence per share from Menlo Park, California-based Xplorer, a 72% premium to their price just before the deal was announced.
