LONDON (Alliance News) - Byotrol PLC said Friday that Chief Technical Officer Trevor Francis bought shares in the company.
Francis acquired 657,686 shares at 3.8 pence each, worth GBP24,992 in total. His total shareholding in the company following the transaction was 2.9 million shares, or 0.68%, of the company.
Shares in the technology company were trading down 3.4% at 3.52p each.
(ShareCast News) - Byotrol has strengthened its links with Belgian chemicals group Solvay with a new agreement to develop and commercialise long-lasting biocidal products. As part of the deal, Solvay will make a "significant" investment in Byotrol's technical cost base in the current financial year.
