LONDON (Alliance News) - Anti-microbial hygiene technologies firm Byotrol PLC Thursday said it has entered into an agreement to acquire all of the issued shares that it does not currently own in its consumer products joint venture, Byotrol Consumer Products Limited.
Byotrol Consumer Products was established in 2007 as a joint venture between Byotrol and ?What If! Innovation Capital Nominees Limited.
The company develops commercial relationships and product sales in the global consumer market.
The consideration for the acquisition will be the issue of 33.7 million shares in Byotrol and completion is expected to take place on 9 October 2013.
Byotrol shares were trading at 6.40 pence, up 0.03 pence or 0.4%.
