(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

N Brown Group PLC - Manchester-based online retailer - Says Matt Davies will step down as chair on March 31 to spend more time on his other business activities. Senior Independent Director Ron McMillan will relinquish his duties and succeed Davies as chair. Gill Barr will succeed McMillan as senior independent director. Following these changes, the board will comprise the chair, the CEO and CFO and seven non-executive directors.

VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC - provides asset-backed lending to businesses with aim of long-term, sustainable income generation - Says Non-Executive Director Graeme Proudfoot has been named chair-designate. The company previously announced in October that Chair Kevin Ingram intended to retire at the 2021 annual general meeting.

Honeycomb Investment Trust PLC - investor of specialist lending assets - Appoints Jim Coyle as senior independent director with effect from March 1.

Prime People PLC - recruiter - Says Donka Zaneva-Todorinski will step down as finance director on March 31, having been appointed in October 2015.

Pendragon PLC - car dealer - Says Non-Executive Director Dietmar Exler has been appointed to the role of senior independent director.

OTAQ PLC - Lancaster-based marine aquaculture technology company - Says Malcolm Pye will join the company as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Bakkavor Group PLC - food manufacturing company - Says Jill Caseberry will join Bakkavor on March 1 as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Flutter Entertainment PLC - sports betting and gaming company - Says Divyesh Gadhia and Peter Rigby have decided not to seek re-election at the AGM on April 29 and will, therefore, step down from the board at the conclusion of that meeting. Holly Koeppel and Nancy Dubuc will be appointed as independent non-executive directors. Dubuc's appointment will take effect from 29 April 29 and Koeppel's appointment will take effect from May 13.

4imprint Group PLC - marketer of promotional products - Says John Gibney will be appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from March 8 and, with effect from the end of this year's AGM on May 18, as chair of the Audit Committee. John Warren will step down from the board and as chair of the Audit Committee at the AGM after nine years.

Troy Income & Growth Trust PLC - invests predominantly in UK equities - Says Francis Brooke will be relinquishing his fund management responsibilities on December 31 and taking up a new role as executive vice-chair of Troy Asset Management Ltd. Blake Hutchins will become the Trojan Income Fund's lead manager with effect January 1, 2022. Hutchins joined Troy in October 2019 as Co-Manager of the Trojan Income Fund with both Brooke and Hugo Ure. Further, Ure - who joined Troy in 2009 - will remain Co-Manager, with Hutchins, of the Troy Income & Growth Trust.
