LONDON (Alliance News) - BTG PLC said Monday that Non-Executive Director Anne Thorburn bought 15,000 shares in the healthcare company.
Thorburn acquired the shares at 499.81 pence each in a deal worth GBP74,850.
BTG shares were trading down 1.6% at 494.40p.
