LONDON (Alliance News) - BT Group PLC Tuesday said a group of executives comprising of Chairman Michael Rake, Chief Executive Gavin Patterson, John Petter, a divisional manager, and divisional chief executives Clive Selley and Graham Sutherland each acquired 486 shares at a price of 370.25 pence per share Friday under the company share plan.
Following the transaction the total shareholdings are now as follows.
Michael Rake: 130,156 shares
Gavin Patterson: 2 million shares
John Petter: 97,893 shares
Clive Selley: 263,310 shares
Graham Sutherland: 95,764 shares
Shares in the telecommunications giant were trading up 2.2% at 379.20 pence Tuesday morning.
