Robert Rotzinger, vice president of capital projects, exercises options to buy 100,000 shares at CAD0.69 and sells all 100,000 at CAD3.44, worth CAD343,500, about GBP200,395, on Tuesday.

Alphawave IP Group PLC - London-based designer of high-speed connectivity solutions - Chief Financial Officer Rahul Mathur buys 100,000 shares via a family trust at GBP1.17, worth GBP117,400, on Friday last week. They are Mathur's only shares, having been hired as CFO late last year.
