LONDON (Alliance News) - BP Marsh & Partners PLC said Daniel Topping, a director of the company, purchased 1,562 shares at a price of 152 pence per share Monday.
Following this transaction, Topping has a direct beneficial interest in 25,778 shares, representing approximately 0.08% of the total voting rights.
Shares in the AIM-listed niche venture capital provider were down 1.2% at 146.75p Monday.
