(Adds company comment) HOUSTON, Jan 24 (Reuters) - A gasoline-making fluidcatalytic cracking unit at BP Plc's 135,000barrels-per-day joint-venture refinery in Toledo, Ohio, was backonline on Thursday after a brief cold-weather related shutdown, according to sources familiar with refinery operations. BP operates the plant it co-owns with Husky Energy Inc. The refinery reported flaring to regulators lateTuesday because of ice inside a pipeline that discharges from acompressor. A BP spokesman declined comment. (Reporting By Kristen Hays and Erwin Seba)
