March 17 (Reuters) - BP Plc and Husky EnergyInc restarted the catalytic cracker at their160,0000-barrel-per-day refinery in Toledo, Ohio, on Tuesday,after unexpected delays, according to a source familiar with theplant's operations.
The 55,000-bpd catalytic cracker was shut down unexpectedlyjust days before the refinery's union employees went on strikeon Feb. 8. The company had hoped to restart the unit quickly,but more problems were uncovered.
The unit is not expected to be running at full capacityuntil the weekend, the source said.
BP did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
