(Adds BP no comment) HOUSTON, May 13 (Reuters) - BP Plc's 225,000-barrel-per-day Cherry Point, Washington refinery wasoperating normally on Monday after a Saturday malfunctiontemporarily slowed production, according to sources familiarwith refinery operations. A sulfur unit heater failed on Saturday at the refinery,forcing the refinery to slow production for a few hours toreduce sulfur load, the sources said. The heater was broughtback on line on Saturday. Trinidad court recognizes ConocoPhillips' $1.3 bln claim against Venezuela
May 30 (Reuters) - A Trinidad and Tobago court order has granted ConocoPhillips the right to enforce a $1.33 billion claim against Venezuela for past expropriations, a decision that could complicate proposed offshore gas ventures between Trinidad and Venezuela.
