UK EXECUTIVE CHANGE SUMMARY: Long-Serving Premier Miton Chair Retires

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Premier Miton Group PLC - Guildford, Surrey-based asset manager - Chair Mike Vogel will retire from the board at the company's annual general meeting on February 3, replaced by Senior Independent Director Robert Colthorpe. Vogel has been chair since 2007, while Colthorpe joined the board in 2016. Premier Miton says it expects to appoint a new non-executive director during 2021.

CRH PLC - Dublin-based building materials - Hires Richard Fearon and Lamar McKay as non-executive directors, effective from Thursday. Fearon and McKay both are US citizens. Fearon is vice chair and chief financial & planning officer for power management firm Eaton Corp PLC. McKay was chief transition officer for oil major BP PLC until this past July.

ITV PLC - London-based television broadcaster - Hires Sharmila Nebhrajani as independent non-executive director, effective on Thursday next week. Nebhrajani replaces Roger Faxon, who will step down at the same time after eight years on the board. Nebhrajani was chief operating officer of the BBC's Future Media & Technology division, where she managed the business of bbc.co.uk, including the launch of iPlayer. She currently is a non-executive director of water utility Severn Trent PLC.

Sabre Insurance Group PLC - Dorking, Surrey-based private motor insurance underwriters - Hires Karen Geary as non-executive director, starting on Monday next week. Geary currently is a non-executive director of online fashion retailer ASOS PLC and of public transport provider National Express Group PLC. Previously Geary was group human resources director for FTSE 100 accounting software firm Sage Group PLC.

Saga PLC - Folkestone, Kent-based holiday and insurance provider to over 50s - Gareth Williams will step down as non-executive director on December 31.

Savannah Energy PLC - energy projects in Nigeria and Niger - Michael Wachtel resigns from board, effective Thursday.

ITM Power PLC - Sheffield-based hydrogen energy solutions - Appoints Tom Rae as non-executive director, effective immediately. Rae, a consultant, replaces Bob Pendlebury as the representative of 9.3% shareholder JCB Research Ltd. Pendlebury had stepped down back in July.

CyanConnode Holdings PLC - Cambridge, England-based narrowband radio frequency smart mesh networks - Promotes Allan Baig to group chief operating officer and hires Ratna Garapati as COO of CyanConnode India. Baig had joined CyanConnode in 2017. He will report to Executive Chair John Cronin. Garapati most recently was vice president at Trilliant India and responsible for business development, strategy and operations. Garapati will report to Ajoy Rajani, who CyanConnode named on Wednesday as managing director and chief executive officer of CyanConnode India, replacing Anil Daulani.
