(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Iofina PLC - Hires Mary Fallin as non-executive director. Fallin is the former governor of the US state of Oklahoma, where Iofina operates four iodine extraction plants. "Throughout her time in politics she has been a great advocate of small and medium-sized enterprises like Iofina and so to have her join the team during this next phase of growth is really exciting for us," said Iofina Chief Executive Officer Tom Becker.

BAE Systems PLC - Hires former Johnson & Johnson executive Jane Griffiths as non-executive director from Wednesday. Last role was as global head of Actelion, leading the integration of the Swiss biotech company following its acquisition by the US's J&J. Nick Rose agrees to remain as non-executive director for another year.

Serinus Energy PLC - Hires former BP PLC geophysicist Andy O'Donovan as chief operating officer from Wednesday.

Ingenta PLC - Hires Sebastian White as non-executive director, as Max Royde steps down, both immediately. White is investment director for Kestrel Partners LLP, a 27% shareholder of Ingenta.

RDL Realisation PLC - Dominik Dolenec resigns as director in accordance with terms of the standstill agreement between Oaktree Value Equity Holdings LP and LIM Advisors (London) Ltd.

Ince Group PLC - Financial Controller Simon Oakes steps up to chief financial officer, as announced back in January, with Christopher Yates stepping down. Anthony Edwards steps down as non-executive chair and as director, with Senior Non-Executive Director David Furt taking on the chair.

KRM22 PLC - CFO Kim Suter added to the board immediately as executive director. Karen Bach, a founder of KRM22 and former COO, steps down as non-executive director.

Hargreaves Services PLC - Hires Christopher Jones as non-executive director, from Wednesday. Jones is a veteran of the UK commercial property market, founding Manchester-based Christopher Dee LLP.

e-Therapeutics PLC - Hires Laura Roca-Alonso as chief business officer. Was head of Corporate Development at Silence Therapeutics PLC.
