OSLO, Dec 4 (Reuters) - Norwegian gas flows to Germany rosefrom the previous day, while those to France fell, data from gassystem operator Gassco showed on Friday. Gas flows to Europe as a whole were running at 331 millioncubic metres (mcm) per day by 0830 GMT, down 3 mcm from thevolumes delivered on Thursday. Supplies to Britain, Europe's biggest traded gas market,slipped by 3 mcm.
