MOSCOW, Dec 7 (Reuters) - Commodities trader and mininggroup Glencore and Qatar's sovereign wealth fund aretogether buying a 19.5-percent stake in state-controlled Russianoil company Rosneft, the Kremlin said on Wednesday.
