MOSCOW, April 21 (Reuters) - China National Petroleum Corp(CNPC) is interested in privatisation of Russia's largest oilproducer Rosneft, CNPC's first vice president WangZhongcai told reporters on Thursday in Moscow.
Russia plans to sell 19.5 percent in the world's top listedoil producer by output, valuing the stake at around 650 billionroubles ($10 billion).
Wang Zhongcai also said that CNPC has set up a working groupfor talks with the Russian government on Rosneft'sprivatisation.
