LONDON, Feb 12 (Reuters) - Oil and gas major BP said
on Wednesday it would become a net zero carbon emitter by 2050,
setting one of the industry's most ambitious climate targets.
The London-based company also announced a structural
reorganisation, with a new leadership team including a "more
integrated entity", dismantling the century-old separation of
its upstream and downstream operations.
