NEW YORK, Aug 12 (Reuters) - BP Plc plans to shutdown a crude unit and a fluid catalytic cracker in April at its160,000 barrel-per-day refinery in Toledo, Ohio for up to 70days of planned maintenance, according to a source familiar withthe plant's operations.
The 110,000 bpd crude unit and the 55,000 bpd catalyticcracker were initially supposed to halt operations in September,but officials delayed the work due to high refinery margins anda four-month worker strike that ended in May, a second sourcesaid.

The refinery is a joint venture between BP and Husky Energy.
