OSLO, Dec 21 (Reuters) - Norway's Aker BP and
Sweden's Lundin Energy have agreed to combine their
oil and gas businesses, forming the second-largest petroleum
firm on the Norwegian continental shelf, the two companies said
on Tuesday.
