John Laing Group PLC - Ben Loomes, due to become chief executive officer from Friday next week, buys 82,702 shares at 363 pence, worth GBP300,208, on Thursday. Loomes, a former managing partner of 3i Group PLC's infrastructure business, replaces Olivier Brousse. His total holding is now 142,610 shares.

Coca-Cola HBC AG - Chief Information Officer Mourad Ajarti buys 5,000 shares at GBP22.72 on March 9 and another 5,000 shares at GBP19.91 on March 11. Purchases worth in total GBP213,171.

Supermarket Income REIT PLC - Non-executive directors Cathryn Vanderspar and Jon Austen participate in real estate investment trust's GBP139.8 million equity raise, issuing 135.7 million new shares at 103 pence each. Vanderspar subscribes for 19,418 shares, worth GBP20,000, while Austen buys 24,720 shares, worth GBP24,998, on Thursday. The new shares are Vanderspar's only holding, while Austen now has 144,270 shares.

Blackbird PLC - R&D Director Stephen Streater sells 1.8 million shares at 14.02p, worth GBP255,965. CEO Ian McDonough buys 1.6 million shares, also at 14.02p, worth GBP233,117, and 85,000 shares at 14p, worth GBP11,900, while wife Syarifah Aidid buys 142,653 shares at 14.02p, worth GBP20,000. All on Thursday. Streater now holds 62.7 million shares, an 18.7% stake, while McDonough is interested in 24.6 million shares, or 7.3%.
