LONDON (Alliance News) - Be Heard Group PLC said Chief Executive Officer Simon Pyper purchased 3.1 million shares at a price of 1.2 pence per share on Thursday for a total of GBP37,328.
He purchased a further 330,000 shares at 1.16p each that same Thursday for GBP3,828, bringing his total shareholding to 3.4 million, or 0.3% of the company's total issued capital.
Shares in the of the marketing company were down 2.1% at 1.32p on Monday.
