(Alliance News) - Countryside Properties PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Financial Controller Tom Wright as its interim chief financial officer.
Wright will take up the role after outgoing CFO Mike Scott agreed his last day will be November 30.
Scott is moving to the CFO role at FTSE 100-listed housebuilder Barratt Developments PLC. He will join Barratt on December 6.
Countryside noted its annual results will be released on November 30, Scott's last day and the same day as the company's capital markets event.
Shares in Countryside Properties were 1.2% higher in London on Wednesday at 489.00 pence each.
