LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.---------- Better Capital PCC said founder Jonathan Moulton purchased shares in the investment company.Moulton bought 500,000 shares at a price of 30.13 pence each, worth GBP150,650.Shares in Better Capital closed 0.7% lower at 30.00p each.---------- JPMorgan Japan Smaller Co Trust said Independent Non-Executive Director Robert White purchased shares. White acquired 10,000 shares at a price of 438.19p each, totalling GBP43,819. Shares in JPMorgan Japan closed 1.3% higher at 441.00p each. Following the deal, the company said White now holds 35,200 shares overall. ----------Record said Chief Executive Officer James Wood-Collins sold shares in the currency hedging company. Wood-Collins sold 250,000 shares at a price of 40.70p each, worth GBP101,750. The stock closed 1.6% lower at 41.00p per share.----------Natural gas storage developer InfraStrata said Chief Operating Officer John Wood and Chairman Graham Lyon purchased shares. Wood acquired 16.7 million shares at an average price of 0.52p each. Following this transaction, Wood holds a beneficial interest of 31.8 million shares in the company, equivalent to a 3.1% stake. Wood, who was recently appointed to his role, will also acquire fee shares, InfraStrata said, which will bring his stake to 34.0 million shares, equivalent to a 3.3% stake. Meanwhile, Lyon purchased 1.9 million shares at a price of 0.54p each. Following this transaction, Lyon has a beneficial interest in 5.9 million shares, equivalent to a 0.6% stake. Following the issue of fee shares to certain directors, Lyon among them, his beneficial interest will amount to 9.0 million shares or a 0.9% stake. Shares in InfraStrata closed up 4.5% at 0.55p.----------EJF Investments said Non-Executive Director Neal Wilson, who is also the chief executive officer of EJF's investment manager, acquired 50,575 shares at an average price of 182.00p per share on Monday. The shares were purchased from from Robert Hurley, the chief financial officer of EJF Capital LLC, for a total of GBP92,037. Following this transaction, Wilson now holds 1.2 million shares in the closed ended investments company, reflecting a 2.0% stake in the company. Wilson holds an additional 375,000 zero dividend preference shares, 2.5% of that class of share, with a redemption date in 2022. Shares in EJF Investments closed up 1.7% at 185.00p.----------Henderson European Focus Trust said Non-Executive Director Alain Dromer bought 2,300 shares in the company. Dromer purchased the shares at 1,249.00p each for a total of GBP28,727. Following the purchase Dromer holds a total of 4,500 shares representing 0.02% stake. Henderson shares closed 1.0% higher at 1,250.00p each. ----------Babcock International Group said Non-Executive Director Victoire de Margerie purchased 1,800 shares at a price of 711.49p on Thursday. It has not been disclosed how many shares de Margerie now holds in the engineering services company following the GBP12,807 deal. Shares in Babcock International closed up 0.1% at 727.20p.----------
