BUDAPEST, March 22 (Reuters) - Hungary's surgeon general on
Monday said the central European country had approved for
emergency use two new coronavirus vaccines, one from China's
CanSino Biologics, and CoviShield, the Indian version
of the AstraZeneca shot.
If both are approved for mass use also by the National
Health Centre, Hungary will have seven sources to procure
vaccines from. It was unclear when and in what quantity Hungary
planned to deploy the two newly authorised vaccines.
