BERLIN, Feb 26 (Reuters) - German Health Minister Jens Spahn
said he did not see any indications that the 'all-clear'
threshold for coronavirus case numbers was in touching distance
all around Germany.
German regional and national leaders have said said that
once coronavirus incidence falls to 35 cases per 100,000
population over the course of a week it will be possible to
consider more extensive reopening from months of lockdown.
But Spahn said that, while incident numbers had fallen in
some regions, this was not the case everywhere.
