BORSE EUROPA-Scivolano su ritorno timori lockdown

19 novembre (Reuters) - L'azionario europeo inverte la rotta
dopo i guadagni iniziali, con i settori ciclici come banche e
auto penalizzati dai timori sui potenziali danni economici di
nuovi lockdown nella regione per far fronte alla pandemia di
Covid-19.

** Alle 11,35 lo STOXX 600 perde lo 0,3% dopo
essersi avvicinato ai massimi storici nella prima parte della
seduta.

** L'indice paneuropeo ha cominciato a perdere terreno dopo
l'annuncio che l'Austria sarà il primo Paese dell'Europa
occidentale a reintrodurre un lockdown totale questo autunno per
contrastare una nuova ondata di contagi da coronavirus.

** In Germania, il ministro della Sanità Jens Spahn ha detto
che la situazione del coronavirus nel paese è talmente grave che
un lockdown, anche per i vaccinati, non può essere escluso.

** Tra i settori con la performance peggiore quelli più
sensibili ai cicli economici come le banche, le
automobili e viaggi e tempo libero.

** Le borse europee hanno toccato una serie di massimi
storici questo mese grazie ad una stagione delle trimestrali più
forte delle aspettative che ha aiutato gli investitori a
superare i timori per le crescenti pressioni inflazionistiche.

** La presidente Bce Christine Lagarde ha detto che
l'inflazione nella zona euro calerà e pertanto la Bce non
dovrebbe introdurre misure monetarie restrittive che potrebbero
soffocare la ripresa e ha accennato a una possibile prosecuzione
degli acquisti di bond il prossimo anno.. La Bce
dovrebbe decidere il futuro del programma di acquisti di bond
nella riunione del 16 dicembre.

** La compagnia aerea irlandese RYANAIR cede il
2,33% dopo aver annunciato l'intenzione di ritirarsi dalla borsa
di Londra, citando come ragione i costi relativi al
mantenimento di una quotazione aggiuntiva.

** Il gruppo francese del lusso HERMES guadagna il
3,83%, dopo il rialzo del 6% di ieri, sulle voci di mercato
secondo cui potrebbe entrare nell'indice Eurostoxx 50 in
occasione della revisione di dicembre.
