In addition, spouse Deborah McDonald buys 1,204 shares at GBP20.63 each for GBP24,839. Chair Bruce Thompson buys 5,000 shares at GBP20.90 each, worth GBP104,500.

Diageo - London-based distiller and brewer - Chair Javier Ferran on Thursday buys 25,000 shares at price of GBP35.25 each, worth GBP881,250.

Smith & Nephew - Watford, Hertfordshire-based medical devices - Non-Executive Director Rick Medlock on Friday buys 2,750 shares at GBP13.26 each, worth GBP36,465. Total holding following purchase is 3,365 shares.

RELX PLC - information and analytics firm - Chair Paul Walker on Friday buys 16,000 shares at GBP22.02 each, worth GBP352,320.

Ten Entertainment Group PLC - Bedford, England-based ten pin bowling and family entertainment centres operator - Chief Executive Officer Graham Blackwell sells 100,000 shares at average price of GBP2.652 each across Wednesday and Thursday. Sale worth GBP265,200. Following transaction, he continues to hold 42,194 shares in company, of 0.1% stake. Ten Entertainment on Wednesday reported half-year results, which saw pretax loss widen, but it reported strong trading since lifting of lockdown restrictions.
