Aviation To Launch Note Programme To Cut Reliance On Equity Issuance
LONDON (Alliance News) - Passenger aircraft leasing company Avation PLC Monday said it will develop a global medium-term note programme as long as market conditions allow, a move it hopes will give it a more efficient and flexible capital structure and make it less reliant on issuing equity when it finances new aircraft.
The company said the programme will offer notes from the parent company or affiliates in various tranches of up to USD500 million.
