Appreciate Group PLC - Liverpool-based prepaid card operator - Revenue falls 5.3% to GBP106.8 million in year ended March 31 from GBP112.7 million in prior year. Pretax profit falls 84% to GBP1.3 million from GBP7.7 million. Recommends final dividend per share of 0.6p, bringing the full-year total to 1.0p, up from zero in financial 2020. Trading in first 12 weeks of financial 2022 has been slower than anticipated as gift card sales continue to be hit by the pandemic.

Strategic Minerals PLC - rare earths miner with assets in the US, Australia and Cornwall - Revenue rises 22% to USD3.0 million in 2020 from USD2.5 million in 2019. Swings to pretax profit of USD450,000 from a loss of USD845,000. Does not recommend dividend. Company cut overheads and sold some mineral rights in the year. Start of a second income stream at Leigh Creek copper mine in 2021 will improve the market's perception of the value of Strategic Minerals, company says.

SEEEN PLC - London-based social media app maker - Revenue rises to USD10.1 million in 2020 from USD4.3 million in 2019. Pretax profit rises to USD3.6 million from USD1.7 million. Company says three-year strategy is going as expected at the halfway point, and that it has enough capital for its growth and commercialisation plan.

D4t4 Solutions PLC - Surrey-based data management company - Revenue rises 4.6% to USD22.8 million in year ended March 31 from USD21.8 million in previous year. Pretax profit falls 39% to GBP3.0 million from GBP5.0 million. Final dividend per share 2.0p, bringing the full-year total to 2.81p, up from 2.67p in previous year. Enters new financial year in a strong position after record second half. Trading since March 31 in line with expectations.

Caspian Sunrise PLC - oil explorer in Kazakhstan - Revenue rises 18% to USD14.3 million in 2020 from USD12.1 million in 2019. Swings to pretax loss of USD1.75 million from a profit of USD941,000, after a USD2.6 million impairment. Company "on path to recovery" with improved oil price.

San Leon Energy PLC - oil explorer in Nigeria - Pretax loss narrows to USD9.6 million in 2020 from USD58.7 million in 2019. Expects to commission ELI pipeline, close Oza acquisition and make further transactions in 2021. Does not declare final dividend after a USD33.3 million special dividend in 2020.

Trakm8 Holdings PLC - Birmingham-based telematics hardware company - Revenue falls 18% to GBP16.0 million in year ended March 31, from GBP19.6 million in previous year. Pretax loss widens to GBP1.9 million from GBP1.7 million. Revenue in April and May 2021 is up 28% year-on-year. Company expects to return to pre-pandemic revenue and make a profit, assuming there are no more lockdowns or unmanageable supply chain issues.

Harvest Minerals Ltd - fertiliser producer in Brazil - Revenue rises 35% to USD2.0 million in 2020 from USD1.4 million in 2019. Pretax loss widens to GBP3.3 million from USD910,044. No dividend declared. Company progressed the Arapua fertiliser project to commercialisation, but did not advance its other projects. Sells 17,854 tonnes of KP Fertil product in second quarter of 2021, beating target of 16,000 tonnes. On track to meet 2021 sales target.

Standard Life Private Equity Trust PLC - investor in private equity funds focused on Europe - Swings to pretax profit of GBP113.9 million in six months ended March 31, from a loss of GBP43.6 million year-on-year. Net asset value total return 15% in period, underperforming FTSE All-Share index return of 19%. Net asset value per share 568.4p on March 31 vs 501.0p on September 30.

Myanmar Investments International Ltd - investor in companies in Myanmar - Swings to pretax loss of USD7.7 million in six months ended March 31 from a profit of USD1.7 million year-on-year. Company is in the process of winding down following military coup in Myanmar. Its remaining two investments give Myanmar Investments a net asset value per share of 74 US cents.

Blue Star Capital PLC - investor in esports, gaming and blockchain companies - Pretax loss widens to GBP494,543 in six months ended March 31, from GBP189,460 year-on-year, due to adverse foreign exchange movements. Sees upside from esports investments, while blockchain companies are taking time to mature.

British Honey Co PLC - Buckinghamshire-based spirits maker - Revenue rises to GBP1.5 million in nine months ended December 31, from GBP634,000 in previous 12 months. Pretax loss narrows to GBP1.2 million from GBP2.0 million. Positive trading momentum maintained in 2021. Reopening of bars will provide further opportunities to grow sales.

Aukett Swanke Group PLC - London-based architect - Revenue falls 28% to GBP5.3 million in six months ended March 31 from GBP7.4 million year-on-year. Pretax loss widens to GBP1.0 million from GBP182,000. Covid-19 has caused project delays. Company has taken action to support business model which should improve financial performance, but it is likely to report a loss for the full year.

Aukett Swanke Group PLC - London-based architectural and interior design services provider - Says it has participated in a consortium to develop an AI-Based Recommender System for Smart Energy Saving. The lead consortium member is a commercial spin-out from an unnamed UK research university. Other members of the consortium include two further UK universities and five commercial organisations, including engineering and construction companies.
