LONDON (Alliance News) - Atlantic Coal PLC Wednesday said Mary Best, wife of Managing Director Stephen Best, acquired 74 million shares Tuesday at a price of 0.14 pence per share. The shares were acquired from American Investments Ltd, a company of which Stephen Best is a director.
Following this transaction, Stephen Best's total beneficial interest in the company remains unchanged at 301.4 million shares, equivalent to approximately 6.46% of the coal mining company's total issued share capital.
Shares were down 4.0% at 0.120p Tuesday.
