Asiamet Resources Ltd - Indonesia-focussed copper and gold miner - Receives advice from PT Wasesa Indo Nusa on Monday, "requesting consideration of amendments in relation to the payments schedule agreed under the agreement," and plans to respond when it is able to. Notes it continues to work with PT WIN to progress preparations for PT WIN's initial public offering on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in early 2021, following signing a sale and purchase agreement on December 24 to acquire Asiamet's subsidiary Indokal Ltd. Says it is still waiting on a USD2.5 million payment from PT WIN that was due and payable within 10 days of signing the agreement, and has been seeking clarification on the proposed timing of the payment.
Asiamet says it remains confident of completing the transaction with PT WIN.
