LONDON (Alliance News) - Aurora Investment Trust PLC on Thursday said it has sold 142,226 of its shares held in treasury at a price of 138.46 pence per share.
Following the sale, Aurora Investment said its issued share capital consists of 19.3 million shares, and said all shares formerly held in treasury had been sold.
Shares in Aurora Investment closed down 0.3% at 151.50p on Thursday.
