EXECUTIVE CHANGES: AIB adds two to board; Lamprell taps ex-Aramco exec

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

AIB Group PLC - Dublin-based bank - Hires Tanya Horgan and Jan Sijbrand as independent non-executive directors, starting immediately. Horgan, an accountant, was most recently chief risk officer for gambling operator Flutter Entertainment PLC. Sijbrand currently is a member of the Supervisory Board of PricewaterhouseCoopers Nederland. As an executive, he worked at lenders ABN Amro Holding NV, Rabobank Nederland and NIBC Bank NV. He also was chair for Supervision at De Nederlandsche Bank NV, the Dutch central bank.

Lamprell PLC - Sharjah, UAE-based engineer for energy industry - Hires Motassim Al Maashouq as independent non-executive director, starting Tuesday. Al Maashouq retired from Saudi Arabian Oil Co in June of last year. At Aramco, he held senior roles including vice president of New Business Development, VP of Corporate Planning, and group treasurer.

AEX Gold Inc - exploration licences in Greenland, including Nalunaq gold mine - Hires James Gilbertson as vice president for Exploration. Gilbertson, a geologist, was managing director of SRK Exploration and has been a consultant to AEX for the past six years.

Bonhill Group PLC - London-based business-to-business media - Anne Donoghue will resign as non-executive director from September 30, due to a new full-time commitment. Bonhill says a search for a new non-executive director is underway.

Caribbean Investment Holdings Ltd - holding company for banking and corporate services businesses based in Belize - Hires Stewart Howard as non-executive director, starting immediately. Howard is chief executive officer of Waterloo Investment Holdings Ltd and managing director of British Caribbean Bank Ltd.

Bivictrix Therapeutics PLC - Macclesfield, England-based drug development company specialising in cancer treatments - Hires Oliver Schon as vice president of Product Development and Chemistry Manufacturing & Controls. Schon is a cancer researcher who previously worked at GlaxoSmithKline PLC and Agenus Inc.

Trinity Exploration & Production PLC - oil assets in Trinidad and Tobago - Hires Derek Hudson as independent non-executive director, starting immediately. Hudson is a geologist with 30-years experience in the oil and gas industry, including at BG Group and subsequently at BG's acquirer Royal Dutch Shell PLC. He currently is non-executive chair of Scotiabank Trinidad & Tobago Ltd.

Tertiary Minerals PLC - mining projects in Zambia, Europe and the US state of Nevada - Hires Patrick Cullen as managing director, starting immediately. Cullen was CEO at AIM-listed Arkle Resources PLC.
