(Alliance News) - Anglo Pacific Group PLC on Thursday said it has appointed former UK Financial Reporting Review Panel member Graeme Dacomb and former Dalradian Resources chair Jim Rutherford to its board.
Both Dacomb and Rutherford join the natural resources royalty and streaming firm on Friday as non-executive directors.
It was also announced that a senior independent director, David Archer, is stepping down after a five-year term on November 1 "in order to focus on his other business interests".
Shares in Anglo Pacific closed down 3.5% at 191.00 pence in London on Thursday.
