LONDON (Alliance News) - Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Ltd said its non-executive director David Staples bought 20,000 shares in the company at a price of 77.51 pence on Thursday.
Following the transaction, Staples now holds 60,000 shares in the company.
Aberdeen Private Equity Fund shares were down 1.0% to 76.5 pence Thursday.
