DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Amerisur Resources CEO Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Monday---------South America focused oil and gas producer Amerisur Resources said a company related to Chief Executive John Wardle bought GBP999,966 worth of shares Tracarta, a company in which Wardle has an interest, acquired 8.1 million ordinary shares at 12.30 pence per share. Following the purchase, Tracarta holds 30.0 million shares, representing a total of 2.5% of Amerisur's issued share capital.Shares in Amerisur closed up 15% at 13.76 pence on Monday.----------Augean said Harwood Capital, investment manager to North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust, of which Augean Non-Executive Director Christopher Mills is director, purchased 300,000 shares at a price of 51 pence. Mills' interest in Augean following the GBP153,000 Friday deal has not been disclosed. Shares in Augean closed down 0.8% at 51.60p on Monday.----------Engineering firm Trifast said Group Sales Director Glenda Roberts sold 173,010 shares at an aggregate price of 204.5 pence per share on Wednesday and Friday. Following the combined GBP353,837 transaction, Roberts now holds 237,571 shares in Trifast. Shares in Trifast closed down 1.05 at 193.00p on Monday.----------Oil & gas development and production firm EnQuest said Double A, a trust in which the extended family of EnQuest Chief Executive Amjad Bseisu has a beneficial interest, purchased 1.3 million shares at a price of 23.3 pence per share on Friday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Bseisu now holds in the company following the GBP293,462 deal. Shares in EnQuest closed up 4.0% at 23.35p on Monday.----------Commercial passenger aircraft leasing company Avation said Executive Director Roderick Mahoney sold 133,000 shares at a price of 253 pence per share. Following the GBP336,490 transaction, Mahoney's interests now stand at 700,000 shares in Avation, reflecting a 1.1% stake in the company.----------Telecomunications firm TalkTalk Telecom Group said Executive Chairman Charles Dunstone purchased 379,593 shares at a price of 117.35 pence per share on Friday. It has not been disclosed how many shares Dunstone now holds in the company following the GBP445,417 deal. Shares in TalkTalk closed up 2.5% at 121.10 pence on Monday.----------
