LONDON (Alliance News) - Amerisur Resources PLC said Wednesday that Non-Executive Director Nigel Luson bought 30,000 shares at a price of 30.2 pence per share Tuesday.
Luson now holds 130,000 shares
Shares in the oil and gas producer were up 6.7% at 31.75p near the close Wednesday.
