LONDON (Alliance News) - Amur Minerals Corp on Wednesday said it has now received about GBP3 million from Lanstead Capital LP through an equity swap deal agreed in July 2013.
The GBP3 million comes in addition to the GBP5 million raised from Lanstead in a placing under the July 2013 equity swap deal.
Amur, an exploration and development company focused on Far East Russia, said the GBP8 million total receipts is 60% more than originally anticipated.
"As at the date of this announcement there is one monthly settlement outstanding. The final result will be announced following the completion of this final monthly settlement tranche," Amur said.
Lanstead currently holds less than 1% of the shares of Amur Minerals, it said.
Amur shares were up 9.8% at 15.38 pence on Wednesday morning in London.
